Quick and simple lunch ideas with Indian flavours. Join Sasi & Fearless for some delicious home-made lunch inspiration (for busy people) with lots of the flavours you love from traditional Indian cooking & some twists. Also, catering for vegans and vegetarians. Class suitable for kids to assist.

Recipes: to make enough for 3-4 lunches for the week.

Start your day with a exciting and colourful, delicious, healthy and sustaining breakfasts with prep ahead ideas and easy to make. The class will cover healthy grains, fruits and vegetables with plant based proteins included.

GUT FRIENDLY BOWL FOOD

WEDNESDAY MARCH 24TH

5:30pm - 6:30pm

We cover comforting bowls of nourishing, gut friendly food with delicious dressings and some probiotic foods. (Emphasis on prep ahead and easy to assemble ingredients.) Vegetarian options too.
