Perimenopause symptoms are no cakewalk and a nutritious diet can improve how you feel. In this class there will be top tips to nutritious dinners and the recipes will be:

  • Sesame Chicken/Salmon/Tofu with Gochujang Sauce 

  • 2 healthy snacks to assist managing blood sugar and gut healthy

How it works

A week before the online event, you receive a shopping list. The day prior to 18th, you receive an email with a  PDF recipe booklet and zoom link.​

Substitutions for ingredients are available, if there's intolerances or allergies or particular food preferences.
