Each Sunday, prepare home made curries, stews and one pot meals using raw ingredients - no sautéing or fussing - then store in the freezer ready to pop into the slow cooker. One week prior to class you receive a shopping list and one day before look out for an email with link and PDF recipe booklet.

Sundays at 5:30pm -6:30pm. Each series is £50 x 3 classes or just select one class and try it out! Recipes suitable for any slow cookers (including crockpots, cast iron casseroles and Dutch Ovens).
